Based on our award-winning ski-mountaineering-focused 40L original, this slimmed-down descendant offers the same exceptional performance in a lighter, more streamlined package. Whether covering long distances in tour mode, kick-stepping up steep couloirs, or slaying line in the high-alpine, our highly durable, touring-focused pack is designed for comfort, performance, and safety-making it a top choice for backcountry athletes and enthusiasts alike.

  • High-tenacity 210D CORDURA ripstop nylon shell and 500D CORDURA base are lightweight and durable
  • Large packable main compartment with quick-draw top skirt and integrated storm flap
  • Dual density shoulder straps with multiple lash points for radio, hydration hose routing, and removable sternum strap with whistle buckle
  • Right side features large zipper for easy main compartment access
  • Large zip pocket on left side to easily stow skins, gloves, ski-straps, or a water bottle
  • Skeehaw™ On-The-Fly Ski/Splitboard Carry System system features an elasticated strap and carabiner for easy ski removal and quick diagonal ski carry without removing the pack[a]
  • Interior hydration sleeve that doubles as a cord/rope stow with an oversized port for hydration tube or rope feeding
  • Removable dual density hip belt with dual zip pockets, ice-clipper loops, and tow loops
  • CLPE foam framesheet
  • Modular and removable helmet hammock allows multiple helmet carry positions on the front and bottom of the pack to accommodate A-frame or diagonal ski and snowboard carry
