Making a return is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Initiate

Log in and go to Order History or start your return by entering the information below. Your Order Number is located on your purchase confirmation email and in your online account. Print your return shipping label.

2. Prepare

Reuse the original packaging or appropriate shipping materials to pack your order. Include the item tags. Make sure the packaging is secure. Affix the shipping label so that it's clearly visible.

3. Drop-off

Take your return to your nearest Canada Post drop-off location.

How Returns Work

Returns are accepted within 60 days of the purchase date. We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original condition; unworn with tags attached. Bring your return to your nearest Canada Post dropoff location.. Please visit our detailed FAQ page for more information. Once we receive your package, our team will verify its contents and inspect them to ensure they're unworn and in the original condition. We will then send the credit back to your financial institution within 7-10 business days. Products labeled "Final Sale" are excluded from our Return Policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.
