WE WANT TO CHALLENGE
the idea that you can move through mountains, over stone, and in the woods and wear your adventures like a badge of honor—without your gear looking like a DIY project. Consider our repair professionals your personal gear doctors. They invest the same level of care and attention as a mountaineer does on the world’s highest peak because we know that each stitch, every patch, every solution is not only the difference between doing or driving home, it’s the difference between doing right for our planet and not doing enough.
DESIGNING WITH
DURABILITY IN MIND
“We’re actually partners in all of this, and that means there are less products coming back to them with issues—and that’s a win for everybody.”

REPAIR OVER REPLACE
lifetime limited warranty
We’re only human—we’re bound to make mistakes. And where we can, we like to make up for those wrongs. It is always our intention to make products that last a lifetime, but in the event something fails, we stand by our word by offering a limited lifetime warranty.

If you have an item that meets our criteria, a warranty representative will inspect the product at no charge to you. If they determine that the product has a defect covered under our policy, we’ll seek solutions for repair first or, alternatively, issue a Virtual Merchandise Credit. Need a repair? Check out our full policy, fill out the attached form, and submit your claim. Someone from our team will contact you with further information as soon as possible.
MEET OUR SEWERS
We take immense pride in our in-house repair center and sewers, many of which have been reviving gear for one, even two decades. Having seen the full spectrum of challenges come through our doors, no task is too big or too small—they give them all the same level of care to make your gear better.

helping hands
In an effort to respond to the global need for masks, we converted operations of our warranty department over the course of several weeks during the shelter-in-place order to design and produce these supplies for donation to our local community. Using 100% cotton materials, finished with repurposed drawcord elastic straps sourced from our supply of jacket trims, each mask was hand-sewn in California, and they are washable and reusable to help reduce our impact.
