Mountain Hardwear uses 100% certified organic cotton. Organic cotton, unlike conventional cotton, uses no chemical pesticides or fertilizers. Approximately 65% of our cotton products use organic yarns. By choosing organic cotton, we can create pieces that offer all of cotton's benefits, while reducing our impact upon the earth.
